My husband and I sponsor a little girl named Talent through World Vision and have received such a blessing from it. I have felt led for some time to visit Africa and would love to do it through/for World Vision because I am so passionate about what this ministry does. I have looked on their website many times to try to find information on how I could go to Africa to visit some of the sponsored children, perhaps even Talent, and I have never been able to find any information. Do you have any information or a contact that could get me to who I would need to talk to? I will pray for you as you continue on this journey and look forward to hearing about your experience. She is such a crack up too. :) I love that she always making me laugh, which is good for the soul. :) She talked about her new book that comes out next month. It sounds GREAT and I cant wait to get my hands on a copy of it. I am soooooooooo looking forward to seeing and hearing her again in August at the Dallas Women of Faith conference this year! It's wonderful to see some of the very talented men and women that the show discovers sing christian music. Music for God, about God, his life, his stuggles, our struggles, about rejoicing for what he's going to do for us. That is just amazing. Mandisa was a favorite of mine from the beginning of the season she and a couple of other ladies from the show are also doing amazing things. I'm very excited to see what Melinda Doolittle is coming out with. I hear its going to be a wonderful album. Also Jordin Sparks is doing wonderful things with her career.
